A big hello from me to you, thank you for taking the time to read my bio.

I live and breathe all things NATURAL HEALTH (whilst being a total realist at the same time). I am a deeply passionate Naturopath accredited by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. I hold an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy from Nature Care College, Sydney. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree Majoring in Psychology from Macquarie University. I support a number of acute and chronic health conditions in clinic, specialising in;

• Paediatric Health (infants, toddlers & teens): Providing compassionate, evidence-based paediatric care, addressing everything from chronic eczema, to stubborn digestive issues & low immunity, to mood and behavioural support. Blending clinical knowledge with real-life experience as a mum, I utilise gentle herbal medicine, targeted nutritional therapy, and functional testing where necessary. My goal is to make wellness achievable for families, offering simple, stress-free diet and lifestyle adjustments that kids actually enjoy.

• Gut Health: Addressing microbiome imbalances, digestive issues, autoimmunity and the critical gut-brain connection.

• Thyroid Health: Navigating complex thyroid dysfunction, autoimmunity of the thyroid and rebalancing metabolic health, energy levels, and endocrine function.

I also offer deep expertise in managing skin conditions, fatigue, and healing food and body image relationships.

My goal is to inspire, educate and empower those I have the privilege of meeting, to take hold of their health and well-being. Health is not just the absence of disease, but being the best version of ourselves we can possibly be, mentally and physically. Driven by my personal recovery from a restrictive eating disorder, I utilise nutrition and herbal medicine to empower others.

I utilise functional testing where necessary and work alongside GP's and specialists in order to provide thorough, collaborative care for my patients. I refer to reputable allied health practitioners and specialists when necessary to ensure integrative and thorough care for my patients.

I am currently available at Darling Health on Tuesdays and Fridays, in the Leichhardt clinic and online.
